-Final pricing on custom builds given upon site visit for measurements & design approval. Lead-time given once approved and fabric on order. (Design team member must be present)

-Final pricing on reupholstery given once furniture has been delivered & inspected. Lead-times will be given once all furniture + fabric are on hand. 

*Furniture stored longer than 2 weeks with no fabric on order will incur storage fees.
